At Chutkharay, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality, homestyle meals. Because our products are perishable and made to order, we have specific guidelines in place for returns and refunds to ensure food safety and fairness.

No Returns on Delivered Meals

Due to the perishable nature of our meals, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. This is to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

Refunds or Replacements

We will offer a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:
•You received the wrong order (e.g., incorrect items)
•Your meal was missing items
•Your order arrived damaged or spoiled
•There was a delivery failure due to our error
 
To be eligible, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery by contacting us with:
•Your order number
•A clear photo of the item/issue
•A short description of the problem

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:
•You changed your mind after ordering
•You provided an incorrect delivery address
•You were unavailable to receive the order during the scheduled time
•You failed to notify us of an issue within the 2-hour window
•The food was tampered with or not stored properly after delivery.
