The heart and soul behind Chatkharay is our founder, a passionate food enthusiast whose love for quality and taste has been ingrained in her since childhood. Growing up, she was surrounded by the enticing aromas and delightful flavours of Southeast Asian cuisine, thanks to her mother, a culinary expert with a treasure trove of sought-after recipes.
